   All payments are processed securely through third‑party providers. Palouse Recordings does not store credit card information.

6. Intellectual Property

   • Client retains ownership of all original audio content they provide.
   • Palouse Recordings retains rights to any custom processing chains, templates, or proprietary techniques used during production.
   • Portfolio usage: With your permission, Palouse Recordings may feature short excerpts of completed work in a portfolio or demo reel. You may decline this at any time.

7. Project Files and Delivery

   • File handling: Project files are stored securely during active work.
   • Retention: Files may be retained for a reasonable period after project completion unless deletion is requested.
   • Delivery format: Final deliverables are provided in standard professional formats unless otherwise specified.

8. Limitation of Liability
